Lindsey Kastner, MHA

Lindsey Kastner, Director of Operations at VHS, is a catalyst for progress and excellence within the organization. Since joining in 2022, Lindsey has propelled our team forward, championing the continuous growth and refinement of processes, systems, and talent to expertly align with client needs and overarching financial objectives.

With a career spanning over 13 years in healthcare leadership, Lindsey has honed her expertise in practice management, overseeing Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine contracts for an impressive 11-year tenure. She has seamlessly navigated various pivotal roles, including Group Vice President of Provider Services and Senior Vice President of Operations. In addition to contract and financial management for her book of business, Lindsey led the recruiting, credentialing, and scheduling functions, ensuring operational success across her region.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette and a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University – Shreveport.
