Travis serves as the Vice President of Staffing Services at VHS, steering the company's long-term strategic direction and day-to-day operations. With a profound commitment to fostering meaningful connections, Travis spearheads the cultivation of relationships within VHS, healthcare institutions, and the provisioning of compassionate, adept healthcare professionals deeply dedicated to patient care.

Boasting over 15 years of exemplary leadership in staffing, Travis possesses a wealth of experience steering staffing teams and delivering tailored workforce solutions for diverse healthcare entities, spanning health systems, government bodies, and various healthcare organizations both nationally and internationally.

In the autumn of 2021, Travis relocated to Lafayette to assume the role of VP of Staffing Services at VieMed. Currently focused on optimizing recruitment strategies for VieMed's respiratory therapy teams and fortifying VHS's services for healthcare organizations across the Gulf Region, Travis has overseen a team expansion to 28+, primarily focusing on recruiting to meet the burgeoning regional staffing needs across all specialties.

On a personal note, Travis celebrates an enduring 18-year marriage to his wife, Ashley. Their shared passion for travel has taken them across four continents, weaving the tapestry of a vibrant and enriching family life centered around their family’s love for soccer. Together with their two children, 16-year-old Hannah and 13-year-old Hunter, they revel in the purposeful joys offered by life in Louisiana.
